Madrasa and Secondary School Application

  1. Get your copy of the application form from our offices at Mwanakwerekwe, Nyumbambili opposite to Masjid Shafy or click the link below to download it

  2. Fill in the form in all the required fields and make copies of all the required documents as mentioned in the application forms.

  3. Send the form back to our offices upon successful completion of filling in all the required information before the due date.

  4. Only upon the return of the application form and payment of the required fees, will your application form be processed and your application be accepted, after being accepted for registration, a registration number will be assigned to you.

  5. After your successful registration, you will be informed on the reporting day for studies.

    • Four passport sized photos
    • Release form from previous school
    • Results slip from previous school
